During the Open Weekend, Activity Sheffield will be hosting Health Checks at various points across the city.
The physical activity referral scheme staff is fully qualified to give adults information and advice on ways to increase their physical activity levels in order to improve their health. The health checks include blood pressure check, body mass/weight, guidance on activities that will suit you (specific to any medical conditions you have, if any) and general lifestyle advice to improve your health.
The table below lists all the places you can visit for a health check or 'active circuit'. All these are free of charge and open to all, and each participant will receive a free goody bag!
